Product or service reviewed: Sensi Thermostat

David saved me from being robbed by another company. AHS sent a company out because my furnace would not keep the temp I set. The guy from this other company stated that my blower was not working and the igniter was rusted and not working and I needed a new furnace, I had an inspection previously by APT so I decided to phone and get a second opinion. David came in an told me the blower was working fine and was not rusted only the pan he told me to replace previously. He said you need a new thermostat, he came back today and replaced the thermostat and everything is working fine. David is an Honest Man. Thank you APT for having this wonderful man on your team!!!!

Product or service reviewed: Heating Problem

David Sukhram came to my new to me house. Provided me great insight into what the house needed for better heating with no pressure. He gave me various options without attempting to sell me the most expensive. Davids bedside manner was great, he took extra time to check on a couple of other items for me as well. When its time to purchase, I will use APT as a result of Davids visit assuming that APT employees others like David.

ABOSLUTLY THE BEST. They explain each step and why. STAY in communication with you. FAST, VERY FAST, Very nice and respectable, they even clean up. Work is AWESOME. THANK YOU ALL, PASSING YOUR CARDS OUT. :-)

Product or service reviewed: AC/Furnace replacement

APT came the same day I called which is unheard of these days. My unit was on its last leg. APT offered a Saturday install which would have meant no AC for several days. Thankfully they made calls to round up a team to install the very next day! The team they sent were very professional and arrived promptly. They had me up and running before lunch. Thank you APT for going above and beyond on my service call and not letting me roast in this Texas heat

Product or service reviewed: New A/C unit installed

Had a new A/C unit installed. Crew did a GREAT JOB! Showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, very professional and left me with a COLD house! Very SATISFIED!
